400 g bread240 g cheddar25 g butter10 g mustard

Using: kitchen and oven

Heat the grill to medium-high. Cut the bread into eight slices and toast one side until lightly golden.

Turn the slices over, spread the untoasted sides with butter and a little mustard, then cover evenly with grated cheese.

Grill for 2–4 minutes until the cheese bubbles and colours at the edges. Serve two slices per person while hot.
